Dodgeball
Dodgeball was first introduced into schools in 2014 and each year there are over 35,000 pupils participating in dodgeball events. Dodgeball is focused on inclusion and providing more young people with the opportunity to be active. There are two teams of six players, facing each other on a court, and the aim is to eliminate your opponents by hitting them with a thrown ball. There are five balls in play and you have to hit the opposing player anywhere below the shoulders. A suitable area will be required to play, ideally a gymnasium of similar area is ideal or flat are free of any obstructions.

Badminton
Badminton is a fast-paced racket sport that can be played either as singles or doubles, with the aim of hitting a shuttlecock (or shuttle) over a net and into the opponent’s court. Badminton can lead to other overall health benefits, such as improvements in heart and lung function. Playing a social game of badminton, building speed, strength, agility, and flexibility.
