Need to change your personal email address or personal mobile number held on the College system The account activation and forgotten password system relies on the correct information being stored in EBS, therefore it is essential that this information is correct. If you believe the information we have stored is incorrect please contact the nearest campus office to have this updated. If you enter your password incorrectly 5 times in 10 minutes it will lock your account Accounts should automatically unlock themselves after 5 minutes. However, if this does not happen, please email: helpdesk@colegsirgar.ac.uk with your username stating the account needs unlocking. It could be that you have forgotten your password and will then need to reset using the forgotten password link process (as above). Logging into Google If you have issues logging into your College Google account, please follow this process: • Go to https://mail.google.com/mail or click • Click Sign in in the top right-hand corner (if you are already signed in with your personal account, you will need to sign out of that account first). • Enter the Email address for Google login: username@colegsirgar.ac.uk or username@ceredigion.ac.uk • Then, you will be redirected to Single sign on page Google Mail
