MARINE CONSERVATION - OCEAN FRIENDLY AWARD

When: All year, weather dependent Where: Local beaches What is it? The Ocean-Friendly Schools Award is a free, curriculum-linked initiative that’s all about inspiring and empowering young people to care for our ocean. The award has been designed to be run by a class, school council or eco team, and meets Eco-Schools requirements for the Marine topic. All 7 CSG campuses are actively involved in our campus wide Beach Cleans and Marine Awareness activities that range from data collecting to art displays. With students logging over 135 hours of volunteering in the 2023 academic year!
