A great way to gain practical, rewarding experiences is to get some part time or voluntary work to fit around your studies. Registering with our online Student Jobs classroom to explore flexible work options. Enabling you to gain new skills to add to your CV whilst earning some money. Our Employability coach can also help you find a permanent position when you finish your studies. Skills competition Wales We are very proud of our success at Wales, UK and World skills competitions. In recent years, our students have won medals in a wide range of sectors, which has placed them in pole position for the jobs market. Skills Competition Wales consists of a series of local skills competitions, aligned to WorldSkills competitions and the needs of the Welsh economy. Skills competitions offer students, trainees and apprentices a chance to raise their profile by competing across a range of sectors. Competitions are free to enter and typically run between January and March each year.
